Leadership Forward Mentoring Program is an education non-profit organization based in Dallas, Texas. Leadership Forward is a one-on-one mentoring program focused on encouraging and supporting Dallas ISD high school students to excel academically, professionally and, ultimately, in their communities. Mentors meet with their mentees twice a month at their high school, helping them develop practical skills that will help them succeed both in high school and once they graduate. Our Program carefully matches each student with a mentor who will help them best discover their potential and challenge them to think boldly about their future.

Cu cât ne miscam mai mult, cu atât vom vedea mai multe variante. Această mișcare este propria noastra opinie despre situatia respectiva. Este o căutare, o miscare, un dans. Ea ne ține treji, interesati, alerti ... ea ascute simțurile noastre. Instrumentele inspira pe oameni să facă exact acest lucru. Începând cu anul 2006 am vândut peste 200.000 de jocuri și instrumente în peste 147 de țări în 19 limbi diferite. Peste 50.000 de oameni au participat la atelierele noastre, iar acum avem peste 200 de Points of You® Certified Trainers peste tot în lume si peste 1.000.000 de oameni din intreaga lume au experimentat instrumentele noastre și acest lucru este uimitor.

For more than ten years, Leadership ISD has empowered communities and school leaders in North Texas to drive our education system toward greater educational equity. We are so proud of the work we have accomplished in the past decade as we have grown from a single fellowship to a trusted organization that has trained nearly 2600 community leaders, engaged 500+ coalition members, and successfully influenced 28 policies and practices that are racially equitable and student-centered. Additionally, we have supported 264 school board trustees in 33 districts, giving them tools and resources to govern effectively and better serve the communities they represent. Today, through leadership training, coalition building, and trustee engagement, we continue to build and support ecosystems of trust and accountability that lead to improved outcomes for all students. Together with our network, we are transforming public education.
