OUR MISSION: We are a catalyst that informs, activates and connects community leaders to more meaningfully serve Long Beach. OUR VISION: A vital, positive Long Beach of engaged and dedicated community leaders. Our founders envisioned the formation of a civic improvement program that would serve the community by educating and motivating leaders on issues important to the future of our city. An additional purpose was to create a network of knowledgeable and informed community leaders who would be able to support and benefit from each other as they continued in their selected areas of endeavor. As a community awareness and improvement program, Leadership Long Beach enhances team building, builds interpersonal and decision-making skills, and motivates participants to work together for the betterment of the City of Long Beach.

Leadership Memphis prepares and mobilizes leaders to work together for the good of the whole community. Leadership Memphis develops community change agents, connects them with others who have a passion to serve, and empowers them with information and opportunities to make a difference. Leadership Memphis is the premier community leadership organization in the city. Founded in 1979, the organization has graduated more than 3,900 community leaders and continues to be a ground-breaking innovator with new programs and action initiatives that drive civic engagement and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion for all Memphians. The organization offers Executive and FastTrack Programs to develop community leaders from seasoned professionals and emerging talents. Memphis hosts four signature events annually designed to create stronger connections between our alumni, sponsors, community partners, and other business and community leaders in support of our vision, mission, and goals. Our signature events are our Leadership Awards Luncheon, Multicultural Breakfast, and Alumni Holiday Party. Our action initiative is Volunteer Memphis, a program that builds capacity for effective volunteering and connecting people with opportunities to serve throughout Memphis and Shelby County. Volunteer Memphis is an affiliate of the HandsOn Network.

LeaderShip of Fools is a Somersault Production. It is a podcast that scales mentoring - for aspiring leaders to be exposed to executives resolving real leadership dilemmas. It fuses a comedian, an expert, two executives, 4 microphones, 1 conversation - to realise many possibilities.
