La Ligue Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes de BasketBall est née de la fusion des ligues d'Auvergne, des Alpes et du Lyonnais en juillet 2018. Elle est la plus grande Ligue de BasketBall en France.

La Ligue-Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes-de-Football est une association de loi 1901 reconnue d’utilité publique, dépendant de la Fédération Française de Football. La LAuRAFoot est née en 2016 de la fusion entre la Ligue Auvergne de Football (fondée en 1921) et la Ligue Rhône-Alpes de Football (fondée en 1920). Elle a notamment pour mission d’organiser, de développer et de contrôler l’enseignement et la pratique du football sur le territoire de la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. La Ligue de Bretagne de Handball est une association sportive régionale qui organise et développe le handball en Bretagne. Elle compte 165 clubs pour près de 30 000 licenciés. Son siège social est situé à Rennes (7, route de Vezin) et bénéficie de bureaux à Saint-Brieuc, Lanester et Landerneau.
