Bereits seit 2017 sind wir Mitglied im Verein zur Förderung der Offenstallhaltung von Schweinen e.V. und unterstützen regionale Landwirte so bei der Umstellung ihrer Höfe auf alternative Tierhaltung. Mit unserem 2018 entwickelten Konzept von Bauer & Metzger gelingt es uns diesen Grundgedanken weiterzuführen und Tierwohl, Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Premiumfleisch in einen Einklang zu bringen. Das Ergebnis dieser Überzeugung sind Wurstprodukte der Haltungsform 4 aus Offenstallhaltung von Familienhöfen zwischen Weser und Ems. Vegan – aus Überzeugung.
