Fondata a Kupferzell in Germania nel 1949, MEFA è una realtà di primo piano nel panorama europeo dei produttori di sistemi di staffaggio per impiantistica idrotermosanitaria, in ambito civile e industriale. Nel 2000 apre alle porte di Milano la filiale italiana, MEFA Italia. MEFA Italia si pone fin da subito come obiettivo quello di diventare per i suoi interlocutori, progettisti e installatori, il partner ideale capace di fornire non solo prodotti ma soluzioni personalizzate dedicate al supporto e al fissaggio degli impianti. Il catalogo dello staffaggio MEFA comprende una serie di elementi modulari che consentono di realizzare strutture di supporto, sia in ambito industriale che civile, per linstallazione di tubazioni per il trasporto di fluidi caldi e/o freddi, tubazioni per impianti idraulici, impianti di riscaldamento, impianti di condizionamento, impianti di areazione, canaline per impianti e cablaggi elettrici, impianti antincendio. Accanto al catalogo staffaggio, MEFA fornisce inoltre unampia selezione di giunti e raccordi scanalati, commercializzati con il marchio Couplok, e un vasto assortimento di soluzioni antincendio, presentate con il marchio Eurofire. La linea Couplok include una serie completa di sistemi di giunzione pensati per uninstallazione rapida e sicura di tubazioni scanalate in impianti antincendio e meccanici. La linea Eurofire include una gamma completa di componenti per impianti di spegnimento automatico ad acqua ed acqua e schiuma. Il catalogo comprende sprinkler, stazioni di controllo e allarme, valvole (a umido, a secco, a diluvio), prodotti per la protezione passiva (fasciature intumescenti, collari e sacchetti tagliafuoco), sistemi schiuma e supporti antisismici specifici per impianti antincendio.
