Founded in 1981, Bill Meiborg invested his life savings to purchase a truck and began operating the business as an owner-operator alongside his father, Bill Meiborg Sr. At that time, the primary route was to and from California. Over time, the company grew from one truck to ten and remained at that size until Bill’s son, Zach Meiborg, took over in 2010. Today, Meiborg operates a fleet of 250 trucks and 650 trailers. It also owns 2 million square feet of public warehousing, offers 3PL services, runs a truckload brokerage division, and operates a truck and trailer repair facility. Meiborg employs around 325 people and generates $90 million in annual revenue.
