Drukarnia Mellow powstała jako firma dedykowana klientom korporacyjnym. Model współpracy B2B (business to business) jest w nas głęboko zakorzeniony ze względu na współpracę z dużymi firmami od początku istnienia drukarni (początkowo głównie banki i instytucje korporacyjne). 🙈 HÉ ! T’ES QUI TOI ? Salut moi c’est Mélo. Je suis experte UX et j'aide les aspirants UX qui déchirent à développer leurs compétences (savoir-faire et savoir-être). Je te fais un bout de l'histoire en synthèse : De formation, je suis graphiste. Ce métier me permettait d'apporter du beau dans ce monde, mais ce n'était pas suffisant. Ce que je souhaitait PROFONDEMENT c'était : d'apporter ma pierre pour que les entreprises prennent en compte les humains. J’ai découvert l’UX design en 2012, c'était évident ! J'était faites pour ça. J'ai eu la chance de trouver une agence de designers, qui m’ont formé au Design Thinking et on s’est formés à l’UX à l’aide de lectures (avec un bon coup de pied aux fesses pour apprendre l'Anglais… car il n'y avait pas encore de livres en Français). Les opportunités m'ont très vite emmenées à donner des formations… Et ça c’était mon kiff ! Aujourd’hui je entrepreneur, j’accompagne les UX qui déchirent à développer des compétences supérieurs aux profils du marché. J’ai créé la MasterClass UX DESIGN TAKE THE WAVE, pour accompagner les personnes qui souhaitent effectuer une reconversion vers l'UX. Puis est né UXPERIENCE, le programme de mentoring pour réaliser un VRAI projet UX de A à Z avec une VRAIE entreprise. L'avenir réservera pleins d'autres surprises. Mon ambition avec cette chaîne ? 👉 T’aider à y voir plus clair dans l'univers de l'UX. 👉 Avoir plus de connaissances méthodologiques (non, ici il n’y aura pas de tuto Sketch… enfin, pas pour l’instant !) 👉 Apprendre à parler du design pour convaincre 👉 Apprendre à se différencier et à valoriser ton travail
