UM POUCO DA NOSSA HISTÓRIA: Inconformado com a situação do cemitério em que estava sepultada sua falecida esposa, Dalvino Badotti, uniu seus esforços a Jorge Brol. Como sócios fundadores, tinham o objetivo de viabilizar um novo conceito de cemitério na cidade de Passo Fundo (norte do RS), que fosse modelo de conforto aos familiares, de dignidade no ato de sepultar e de respeito social e ecológico. Assim surgiu o Memorial Vera Cruz, em Agosto de 2005. E, em 2015, passou a funcionar, também, como Crematório - o único no norte gaúcho.
