Our team of entrepreneurs, technologists, engineers, designers, anthropologists, and data scientists develop transformative technologies, building in-house and spin-off companies. We partner with startup teams and solo founders; co-founding, supporting and scaling startups from ideation to exit. We work closely with a selective group of startups from our incubator and accelerator programs. Founders can choose to join one of our projects, collaborate with other teams in our portfolio, build a team or develop their prototype in a community designed to launch and scale startups. We provide them with all the necessary infrastructure, know-how and exposure to the We.tality community; access to our alumni founders, corporate partners and investors. Mentally Friendly is a multi-disciplinary design studio working across product, organisational, and policy design. We have been in business for over 14 years, and have 50 staff across two offices in Sydney and Canberra. Our studio's mission is to create wellbeing projects & outcomes at scale to improve peoples' lives and positively reshape organisations that we work with. A strong sense of social purpose is at the core of our ambition to create an equitable and inclusive future. This is reflected in the organisations we work with, the projects we undertake, and the individuals and teams we bring together. Across all of these partnerships, we have helped our clients put people & customers at the centre of everything they do to solve their biggest problems.

In our 2018 study of the creative, media and marketing industry, we found that more than half of us displayed signs of mild to severe anxiety and depression. Look around you – chances are that someone near you may also be feeling the same. We work in a fast-paced, erratic industry where what you planned to do by the end of the day can all go to sh!t by lunchtime. Everything from long hours, a lack of meaningful work, and a feeling that you have no control over what you do can all affect your mental health. Some days may be easier or worse than others. However, if you’re consistently feeling down, unmotivated, agitated, or worthless for longer than 2 weeks, there’s a chance that something more serious could be at play. Mentally Healthy is a movement to improve our industry’s capacity to cope with and improve our levels of mental health. Mentally Healthy is driven by a group of volunteers working in our industry who are focused on empowering the creative, media and marketing industry to smash the stigma around mental health. It’s guided by UnLtd, Never Not Creative and Energx who provide resource, leadership and facilitation. The group launched in 2019 and has so far facilitated many events on the topic, published the Heart On My Sleeve story book of industry leaders and introduced Minimum Standards for Mental Health for our industry. Na puta prema vrhu, svi griješe, svi se tu i tamo spotaknu, a članovi tima Mentalnog Treninga nisu nikakav izuzetak. Ono što nas čini različitim od većine je spremnost da svoje greške koristimo kao svoju snagu u budućnosti, a posljedično i kao alat za pomoć drugima. Davnih dana Igor je započeo pisati priču o Mentalnom Treningu, ali je uskoro oko sebe okupio tim stručnjaka psihologa koji pomaže drugima da ostvare svoju izvrsnost. Međutim, to je bio tek početak. MT je dobio priliku narasti i nadrasti sve što su mu drugi predviđali. Danas u Mentalnom Treningu rade Ana, Monika, Matej, Maja i Igor. Međutim, originalna vizija uvijek je bila i ostala – biti korak ispred drugih. Tako će biti i u budućnosti, a što će ovdje pisati bit će određeno timom ljudi koji stoje iza Mentalnog Treninga, prilikama koje će stvoriti i ljudima kojima će pružati podršku u vidu postizanja vlastite izvrsnosti i balansa.
