In de Master Projectmanagement (voltijd) en de Master Project, Programme & Portfolio Management (deeltijd) leren deelnemers de projectmanagementstandaarden even los te laten. De opleiding gaat verder dan de bekende projectmanagementmethoden en –technieken. Vanuit verschillende perspectieven laten onze docenten deelnemers te kijken naar hun project en –omgeving, maar ook naar hun persoonlijke gedrag en dat van de stakeholders. Dat allemaal om de handelingsrepertoire van de projectmanager - en daarmee ook de organisatorische slagkracht- te vergroten.
