1980 yılında Yılmaz Kauçuk adıyla, kauçuk yedek parça üretmek üzere kurulan firmamız 1995 yılında ağır vasıta araçlar için fren ve debriyaj sistemleri üretimine yönelmiştir. 1998 yılında da MAY Fren Sistemleri ismini alan işletmemiz , 2013 yıldan itibaren Kayapa Sanayi Bölgesindeki 8000 m2 çalışma alanına sahip yeni fabrikasında faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir. 2017 yılında Bursa Büyük Şehir Belediyesi tarafında Bursada ki en çevreci 15 tesisten biri seçilerek, Türkiye çapındaki Sağlıklı Kentler Birliğinin yarışmasında da en çevreci 40 Tesisten biri olma ödülüne layık görülen işletmemizde 40 beyaz ve 100 mavi yaka olmak üzere toplam 140 personeli ile 71 ülkeye ihracat gerçekleştirmektedir. Ayrıca İşletmemiz ISO 9001 ve TS 16949 belgelerine sahiptir.
