MBH Gıda, 2006 yılında gıda sektörüne yıllarca emek vermiş Mehmet Yıldırım, Bülent Bayrak ve Haluk Yazıcı tarafından kuruldu. MBH Gıda, en iyi kalitede süt ürünleri üretmeyi ana çalışma alanı olarak belirlemiştir. MBH Gıda kuruluşunda üretime 350m2’lik küçük bir tesiste başladı. MBH Gıda’nın “ en iyi ürünü en uygun fiyata sunma” stratejisinin her zaman doğru olduğunun kanıtı olarak; üretim alanı 2007 yılının sonlarına doğru 2500 m2 ’ye ulaştı. Artarak devam eden iş hacmi dolayısıyla, 2008 yılının ortalarında modern ve daha büyük bir tesis gereksinimi ortaya çıktı. Bunun sonucu olarak, MBH Gıda 2011 yılında 14.000 m2 ’lik üretim alanı olan yeni fabrikasına taşındı. Tüm bu büyüme aşamaları sırasında, süt ürünleri sektöründeki en genç firma olarak MBH Gıda; süt ürünleri alanında hep ilk üç en iyi ihracatçı firma arasında oldu. 2009,2010,2011, 2012 ve 2013 yıllarında İstanbul İhracatçılar Birliği Süt ve Süt Ürünleri İhracat 2.si ve 2014 yılında da İhracat şampiyonu oldu.
