For 40 years we’ve led the way in providing autism-specific care and education for children, young people and adults across the North-east of England. Recognised for our innovation and excellence, everything we do stems from an unswerving belief in providing bespoke person-centred support. It’s at the heart of who we are to recognise the uniqueness of every human being, and to understand that no two autistic people, or in fact any humans within an understanding of neurodiversity, will have the same needs or wants. We passionately believe that autistic children and adults have significant skills and strengths, which can be developed throughout their lifetime. Our approach aims to support individuals to participate in society as independent and valued citizens, enjoying equal rights and opportunities but also enriching the world around them.

NED Care is a social enterprise set up to provide a range of support and personal care to people in the North East Dartmoor area. As a not-for-profit, community-led organisation we aim to: - Put the people we support at the heart of what we do; - Deliver flexible, responsive and person centred services of the highest quality; - Focus on the employment of local carers under the best possible terms and conditions; - Build an engaged and committed workforce to deliver excellent care services. The Consortium is a regional, non-profit, educational service agency established to provide cooperative services to member districts. It exercises no control over its clients, is non-regulatory, and has no taxing authority. Participation in programs and services through the Consortium is completely voluntary. Therefore, the Consortium is designed to be sensitive and responsive to the needs and desires of the school districts being served. The mission of the North East Florida Educational Consortium is to help member districts cooperatively meet their educational goals and objectives by providing programs and services that individual districts would not be able to provide as effectively or as economically when acting alone. The superintendents of member districts serve as the Board of Directors for the Consortium. They meet as a group each month with the Consortium staff for briefings and information. The Board sets policy, approves the budget, employs personnel, and provides direction by guiding the development of programs and services furnished by the Consortium. Their leadership and support are our greatest assets.

North East Futures UTC is a brand new 14-19 school that opened its doors in September 2018 in Central Newcastle. We specialise in supporting our young people achieve skills and qualifications to be future ready for a career in Health Science and Technology. This is a school for aspiring young people who know they want to get a head-start by applying their learning in relevant and real-life contexts. Supported and sponsored by fantastic businesses across the North East, with ambassadors sharing their expertise and career advise to students. Established in 1986, North East Knitting, Inc., is a team of experts with more than 30 years of expertise in manufacturing and developing narrow fabrics.

Grimsby Pride is the trading name for a charity called North East Lincolnshire Pride (Registered Charity Number 1146977). The committee organise and hold an annual event to celebrate the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community in North East Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. As well as a celebration, the event raises awareness of the LGBT community and provides support for people, by offering a range of outlets where anyone can access and gain advise surround the subject. We aim for Grimsby to be a place where everybody knows that the diversity offered by the LGBT community is something to be celebrated and in which LGBT people can feel safe and accepted. We believe that inclusiveness improves self esteem and provides a sense of belonging, which helps to diminish the psychological effects of discrimination faced by individuals in daily life. To date we have had 5 pride events beginning in 2009 with The Event held at the back of the old Secrets Bar in Pasture Street. We attracted over 800 people to the event and began our working relationship with Pride regulars, Bears Aloud. Many of the participants at our events are from across the local LGBT community and are of all ages. We particularly encourage those who may otherwise feel marginalised. Grimsby Pride is operated by a small team of unpaid volunteers who are working hard to continue to improve Pride for the benefit of the LGBT and wider community. We depend upon sponsorship, donations from events, local businesses and supporters and the money we raise through our fundraising activities.
