North Shore Community Health provides excellence in comprehensive, accessible, and affordable primary care to residents of all ages in the North Shore, Cape Ann, and surrounding areas. The mission of NSCH is to build healthy communities by providing exceptional care to all. NSCH provides high quality, comprehensive primary care through board certified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. NSCH also provides Dental and Behavioral Health services. Patient visits are offered in four locations: The Salem Family Health Center, the school-based health center at Salem High School, Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, the Gloucester Family Health Center and the Peabody Family Health Center.

North Shore Components, Inc. was established in 2001 focused primarily on the aerospace and defense industries. In 2008 they built their New York headquarters. This facility is home to the first ever AS6081 certified lab. In 2019 North Shore Components Pte. Ltd. was opened in Singapore. This facility has the first AS6081 certified lab in Singapore. Both facilities have a temperature and humidity-controlled warehouse for inventory and logistics services. Both facilities also have sales and purchasing personnel. North Shore has recently opened sales offices in Shanghai China, Penang Malaysia, Gdansk Poland and Guadalajara Mexico to service customers globally.
