NOV82 Architecten is een architectenbureau gevestigd in het Oude Noorden in Rotterdam. Het bureau is in 2009 opgericht door Saynzo Osinga en Laura Ubachs. Beiden studeerden in 2009 als architect af aan de Technische Universiteit Delft. Het gezamenlijk winnen van een prijsvraag voor een activiteitenveld in Spaarndam markeerde de totstandkoming van het bureau. Het bureau richt zich sindsdien op renovatie, restauratie en transformatie van (historische) panden, nieuwbouw voor zowel particulieren als kleinschalige projectontwikkelingen, interieurs voor woning, horeca en kantoor en landschappelijke interventies in de openbare ruimte. Daarnaast houdt het bureau zich bezig met design en maquettebouw. NOV'82 Architecten is an architectural office located in the "Oude Noorden" in Rotterdam and was founded by Saynzo Osinga and Laura Ubachs. Winning a contest for an activity field in Spaarndam marked the establishment of the agency in 2009. Since then, the office focuses on renovation, restoration and transformation of (historical) buildings, small-scale buildings for both private and project developers, interiors for housing, catering and offices and landscape interventions in public space. In addition, the agency is engaged in design and scale model construction.
