Novaglass, azienda produttrice di membrane impermeabilizzanti bitume-polimero, nasce nel 1983. Grazie allapporto di pluriennali esperienze maturate sia nel settore dei prodotti impermeabilizzanti che in quello della petrolchimica, ha registrato un continuo trend positivo di crescita sino a divenire, nel panorama nazionale ed estero, unazienda di riferimento nel settore. Linsediamento produttivo è strutturato su unarea coperta di 27.000 mq. inserito in un parco verde di 67.000 mq. Due linee di produzione di moderna concezione ed un laboratorio attrezzato con apparecchiature e strumentazioni tecnologicamente avanzate, sono gestiti da collaboratori altamente qualificati. Proprio la professionalità di questultimi e la flessibilità dellassetto operativo, hanno reso Novaglass unazienda che trova nellaffidabilità e nella dinamicità le sue doti migliori. Il continuo investimento nellinnovazione degli impianti, nella ricerca di nuovi prodotti e nellottimizzazione di quelli esistenti, la vocazione al miglioramento delle diverse funzioni, che vanno dalla programmazione ai controlli sulle materie prime e sulla produzione, lattività di ricerca e sviluppo, la progettazione, la consulenza e lassistenza tecnica totale, hanno facilitato lacquisizione nel 1996 della certificazione sul Sistema di Qualità Aziendale, secondo la norma ISO 9001. Con il raggiungimento di questo traguardo, lintera gamma dei prodotti impermeabilizzanti Novaglass è in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dei diversi settori di applicazione.

In 2017, the Company treated over 1,000,000 tonnes of waste (15% of the total volume of waste generated in Poland). NOVAGO is also the largest producer of RDF (alternative high-calorific refuse derived fuel) from municipal waste. Its annual RDF production capacity is approx. 400,000 tons. The Company has over 400 employees.
