Wheelchair National Rugby League (Wheelchair NRL) is a national not-for-profit sporting organisation, which promotes fun, fitness, skill development, self-esteem, social inclusion and the fostering of good sportsmanship in a safe, positive and welcoming environment. Our mission is to improve the lives of people with disabilities through inclusion in mainstream sport participation and we rely heavily on the support of private business and community grants to continue our programs and operations. With its reputation as a fast-paced and exciting sport to play and watch, Wheelchair Rugby League is gaining popularity across the nation thanks in part to its alliance with the NSW Rugby League (NSWRL) and Australian Rugby League Commission (ARLC). First established in Australia in 2010, it is the only sport that allows able-bodied and athletes with disabilities of both genders and all ages to compete together in all levels of competition, including international.

A nationwide consortium of biomedical professionals and institutions collaborating to provide enhanced networking and mentorship experiences in support of the training and career development of individuals from under represented backgrounds who are pursuing biomedical, behavioral, clinical, and social science research careers (collectively termed biomedical research careers). The NRMN is intended to enable mentees across career stages to find effective mentors who will engage in productive, supportive and culturally responsive mentoring relationships.
