Wprowadzono stanowiska opiekunów i koordynatorów pacjentów, dzięki czemu chory "prowadzony jest za rękę"​ w całym procesie leczenia. Pacjenci przebywają w komfortowo wyposażonych pokojach. Ci, którzy nie muszą podczas terapii pozostawać w szpitalach - mogą skorzystać z ofert hotelowych, a takze bezpłatnego transportu. Wszystkie ośrodki posiadają kontrakty z NFZ.
