NXTV skal indfange den fynske folkesjæl, på tværs af generationer og på den måde skabe relationer til de fynske rødder reflekteret i en nutidig kontekst. Dette giver mulighed for at skabe bedre forståelse for de forskellige generationer fra ældre til de nutidige unge og en fremtidig udvikling i lokalsamfundet, hvor demokratisk ageren skal blomstre. Igennem forskellige definerede kulturprogrammer med forskellige rammer, dykker vi ned under den Fynske overflade og formidler de værdier der dukker frem af den Fynske kultur og de forskellige traditioner. Tidligere generationers erfaringer og refleksioner skal sammen med den nye generations drømme, evner og midler definere vores demokratiske samfund.
