New Directions Coaching is a small company of enthusiastic, dedicated and diverse individuals with a wide range of experience in the public and private sectors. We build on the strength of our different perspectives and outlooks and all of NDCs management and training delivery team are qualified and highly experienced coaches and/or trainers. This range of skills and experience within a small team ensures we are able to deliver high quality solutions at good value to our clients. New Directions for Youth (NDY) is a comprehensive youth development organization that provides direct services and programs to at-risk youth and families throughout the San Fernando Valley an in the greater Los Angeles area. Since its founding in 1976, NDY has provided services free of charge to more than 90,000 individuals.

New Directions is a progressive community based charity supporting vulnerable people including those with physical and learning disabilities. The charity invests both in its staff and in offering a wide range of quality services to its customers, their families and carers. HRH Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex officially opened our Supported Living housing complex in October 2014. Other vital services provided by the charity are Home Care Support, Short Stay/ Respite/ Holiday Breaks, Day Activities/ Opportunities (Community Choices Network), Transition Support (from adolescence to adulthood), Residential Services and Dementia Support. The people that we support are at the heart of everything we do, we always listen to what they want and provide flexible individually tailored support that meets their needs and wishes. Our mission is to make a positive difference to the lives of people with a learning disability, their family and carers by promoting their rights, choices and inclusion through support and opportunities that enable them to live fulfilling lives.
