Formed at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Open Instruments brings together credentialled photovoltaics researchers with international product designers to deliver lab-ready equipment able to ship anywhere in the world. Our two products are the AURA Photothermal Absorption Spectrometer, and the ELeQuant Absolute Photo-Emission Characterisation System. Open Lab is a professional design studio based in Wellington, within Massey University's College of Creative Arts, the University's creative hub. We are staffed by a mix of professional designers, recent graduates and scholarship interns, with direct access to mentoring and consulting academics from across the University.
