Our Vision: All youth ages 16-24 are assets in our community. Our Mission: Operation Fresh Start provides disconnected youth a path to self-sufficiency. A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, Operation Fresh Start has provided comprehensive employment and training services to over 8,000 youth and adults in Dane County, Wisconsin since 1970. Operation Fresh Start (OFS) provides a path forward for disconnected youth in Dane County, ages 16-24, through education, mentoring, and employment training. OFS leads youth to completing their high school degree (after having previously dropped out) and continuing on to higher education and/or self-sustaining employment. OFS is best known for its core Legacy (previously called Pathways) program. Legacy helps young people (who have previously dropped out of high school), obtain their high school diploma and gain the skills to be successful in life. In addition to an alternative classroom setting, youth receive employment training and access to wrap-around case management services. OFS’ chief training approach is to renovate or construct single family houses for sale to low and very-low income first-time homebuyers. In addition, we have added extensive conservation work (improving Dane County parks and lands) to the Legacy work platform. The housing and conservation sites are the vehicles for employment training and are at the center of a comprehensive program of educational and support services. Instruction in basic skills and attainment of a high school diploma, instruction in independent living skills, leadership development, counseling, pre-employment skills training, placement in a job or post-secondary education, and supportive follow-up are vital components of the program. In recent years, we have diversified our programming to serve more young people ages 16-24. New programs, such as Options, Strive and Graduate Crew help fulfill OFS’ mission of providing disconnected youth a path to self-sufficiency.

Operation Get Down is a human services Agency working primarily with homeless men located at 10100 Harper Ave, Detroit, Michigan, United States.

Mission statement: Mobilize volunteers to provide essential oral health care instruction and treatment without discrimination, as a demonstration of the love of Christ, to people without access to care. Operation Grace MN works with volunteer dental professionals to provide dental services to those who desperately need the care but are unable to afford it. Every week our mobile unit, Lil' Flossie, travels to various locations around the state to bring dental services to many populations. We partner with The Salvation Army, homeless residences, rehab programs, churches, schools, and more. Thanks to various grants, gifts, and many caring volunteers we are excited to announce the launch of "Flossie Goes To School," a program that partners with high schools in order to provide free dental care to this often overlooked population. Operation HOPE-North County worked to provide a safe environment and case management for families with children and single women experiencing homelessness as they work to regain confidence, rebuild their lives, and find stability. As an organization built by the community, we have many opportunities for the community to stay involved. Operation Lifesaver is a nonprofit public safety education and awareness organization dedicated to reducing collisions, fatalities and injuries at highway-rail crossings and preventing trespassing on or near railroad tracks. A national network of trained volunteers gives free presentations on rail safety and a public awareness campaign, See Tracks? Think Train!” provides tips and statistics to encourage safe behavior near the tracks. OLI leads an international observance of Rail Safety Week each September.

There are billions of least reached people in the world today. People who have never heard the gospel in a way they can understand, because of barriers in language, location, or cultural pressure. At OM, our passion is for God’s love to be shared among the least reached. We want to those billions of people to have the opportunity to know Jesus. So we are committed to mobilising boldly, engaging deeply, sowing broadly and discipling purposefully. Specifically in least reached communities. We believe God can use anyone from anywhere to live out the message of the gospel, and that when people receive and respond to this message, lives are transformed.

Depuis 1984, l'Opération Nez rouge s'est donnée comme mission de valoriser, par une approche non moralisatrice, ladoption dun comportement responsable face à la conduite avec les facultés affaiblies en rendant possible lexistence dun service de raccompagnement accessible et confidentiel, offert à la communauté par la communauté, et dont les résultats financiers profitent à des organismes locaux dédiés à la jeunesse. Operation Red Nose is a unique program against drinking and driving. Essentially, it is a volunteer safe ride home service provided during the Holiday Season to all motorists who have been drinking or who do not feel fit to drive their own vehicle. It is an original and free way of getting a safe ride in ones own vehicle without driving it! Since 1984, Operation Red Noses mission has been to encourage responsible behaviour with regard to impaired driving in a non-judgemental manner by enabling communities to provide a free and confidential chauffeur service to their members, the financial benefits of which are redistributed to local organizations dedicated to youth.

Operation Orphan is a charity designed to create brighter futures for orphans and vulnerable children in our world. For many of these children, education, employment and a decent standard of living are simply out of reach. Currently we are working in 16 countries including the UK. Our work is carried out under five strands; education, health, sustainable development, poverty relief and spiritual and psychosocial care. What makes us unique? We believe in operating in the context of the culture and employ a holistic approach to each project. In many countries we have seen evidence of the community functioning as the orphanage and in these situations our role is to stimulate and strengthen the care structures around the children. In other countries the traditional orphanage is still the best way to care for these children. All of our UK administrative costs (including web design) are underwritten by corporate sponsors which means that 100% of all the donations we receive will be used to fund our projects – so when you support Operation Orphan, you can be sure that every penny will be spent on life-changing initiatives.
