Operation Oswego County's mission is to establish and implement sound economic development strategies in order to enhance the economic vitality of Oswego County's businesses, industries and citizens leading to an overall better quality of life. Key to our mission is the creation and retention of job opportunities, diversification and strengthening of our economic base and development of the local economy in a planned, organized and environmentally friendly atmosphere. Since 1953, Operation Oswego County has delivered more than $4.3 billion in investments and created or retained 25,002 jobs. OOC is governed by a volunteer, 24-member Board of Directors comprised of local business and community leaders who strive for economic growth policies which result in project development.

Operation Poverty is a for-purpose, non-profit organization with a mandate to build a future generation of leaders empowered to tackle poverty in their communities and worldwide. We operate on a project-based model.

Operation Restore Hope Australia is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, non-sectarian charity that surgically repairs cleft lips and palates for underprivileged children in the Philippines. The charity was conceived by renowned Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Darryl Hodgkinson in 1992. A cleft lip and/or palate is a separation of the parts or segments of the lip or roof of the mouth, which are usually joined together during the early weeks in the development of an unborn child. A cleft lip is a separation of the two sides of the lip and often includes the bones of the maxilla and/or the upper gum. A cleft palate is an opening in the roof of the mouth and can vary in severity. A cleft palate occurs when the two sides of the palate do not fuse as the unborn baby develops. Operation Restore Hope's purpose is to correct cleft lips and palates, facial disfigurement and other deformities for those who without the donation of services would remain untreated and permanently disadvantaged. Our team is made up of many international volunteers. All of our volunteers donate their time to treat the Filipino children who have birth defects, especially cleft lips and palates, along with any scarring. Of course, because of the number of people we find in need we are not always limited to children or persons with such specific ailments. We currently send three teams to the Philippines each year - one to Manila and one to Cebu. Health clinics throughout the year spread the word of our missions and promote the date and location of our screening day to the community, prospective patients and their parents. Our missions typically last one week. Throughout the week we constantly teach and develop the skills of the local medical staff who work alongside us. Much of the operating room equipment we use during our time in the Philippines is brought with us from home and/or donated.

La Fondazione Operation Smile Italia Onlus è un ente senza scopo di lucro di utilità sociale. Nata in Italia nel 2000 la Fondazione Operation Smile Italia Onlus può contare su una vasta rete di medici, infermieri e operatori sanitari che curano e assistono, nel nostro Paese e in tutto il mondo, bambini e adulti nati con malformazioni cranio-maxillo-facciali come la labiopalatoschisi. La Fondazione è attiva in Italia con il Progetto “Smile House”, che integra il Sistema Sanitario Nazionale con cure e assistenza, dalla diagnosi prenatale fino al completamento del percorso di cura del paziente, favorendone l’inserimento sociale. Il Progetto “Smile House” conta oggi su cinque realtà: tre Centri di diagnosi, chirurgia, cura, formazione e ricerca a Milano, Roma e Vicenza e due ambulatori, a Cagliari ed Ancona, dedicati alla diagnosi e alle cure complementari alla chirurgia. Dal 2013 la Fondazione collabora con la Marina Militare grazie al progetto “Un Mare di Sorrisi” e porta avanti il “World care Program”, programma di chirurgia e assistenza medica per pazienti provenienti dai Paesi dove l'Organizzazione non è presente o dove le cure non sono erogabili in modo appropriato. La Fondazione Operation Smile Italia Onlus supporta l’impegno dell’Organizzazione Internazionale di cui fa parte e che si avvicina ai 40 anni di esperienza nella cura della patologia. L’Organizzazione, grazie a migliaia di volontari medici, infermieri ed operatori sanitari provenienti da tutto il mondo, è impegnata a rendere accessibili e gratuite le cure chirurgiche nei Paesi a basso e medio reddito, a formare il personale sanitario locale e a donare attrezzature medico-ospedaliere per la cura e l'assistenza di tutte le persone nate con una malformazione del volto e in stato di necessità.

Operation Smile Thailand is a non-profit-medical charity providing free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate & other facial deformities. As a charity for children, we measure ourselves by the joy we see on all of the faces we help. We're a mobilized force of medical professionals and caring hearts who provide safe, effective reconstructive surgery and related medical care for children born with facial deformities such as cleft lip and cleft palate.

Operation Spark offers several programs that prepare low-opportunity individuals for various levels of employment in the technology sector in the Greater New Orleans area. Our programs are set up in tiers where students can find employment at the end of each level or continue on to increase their skill-set. Students will acquire computer programming skills which are high-wage and highly sought after throughout the Greater New Orleans area.

Operation Surf’s curriculum-based programs aim to inspire injured military and veterans to seek wellness in all aspects of their lives while providing the necessary resources, tools, and peer-to-peer support to continue this mindset indefinitely. By staying true to our core values of care, inclusion, commitment, integrity, and communication; we change participants’ lives – one wave at a time.

OVArts is committed to helping Veterans who are transitioning into civilian life, demonstrate their exceptional abilities with uncommon ingenuity, adaptability, and leadership skills. By completing a project with OVArts, our Veterans employ these skills while interpreting their unique experience of war. The process of creating the public art also provides an outlet to the Veterans and can mend a gap by providing better understanding from the public of the sacrifices and experiences of our servicemen and women.
