OpusProperties supports real estate investors in Poland in the fields of property management, project and SPV administration including domiciliation, management and accounting. We have been employed in a number of real estate projects, including administration of a total real estate portfolio worth of 600 mEUR. We took part in numerous real estate finance transactions and had an opportunity to manage real estate SPVs for assets held by international brands. Currently, our team delivers services to more than 40 real estate entities in Poland, including office buildings and retail facilities. The value of assets under our administration amounts up to 500 mEUR.
