Our Mission: Orange County NORML (OC NORML) is a chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws founded in 2003. OC NORML holds free public monthly meetings, conducts local lobbying, assists students and journalists in research, and works to educates the public about pending legislation and responsible usage. Become a Member: We invite and encourage everyone to become a member of OC NORML. Membership is an annual $20 donation that helps to support our organization. OC NORML is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible.

The Orange County One-Stop Centers provide comprehensive employment and training services, including a Resource Center with access to computers, fax machines, copiers, and telephones. Other services include a resume distribution program; a career resource library, labor market information, networking opportunities, job search workshops, on-site interviews with local employers, transferable skills information, job leads, and training programs. There are programs for youth, older workers, people with disabilities, adults, dislocated workers, Veterans, and TANF recipients. One-Stop Principles Streamline Services through an integration of multiple programs, including Wagner-Peyser and WIOA, at the service level through One-Stop service centers. Empower Individuals with information and resources they need to manage their own careers. Employer Services that recognize business as a customer as well as a source for jobs leading to meaningful employment. Universal access for all job seekers to a core set of career decision-making and job search tools. Increase accountability of the delivery system to achieve improved results regarding skill gains, credentials earned, job placement rates, earnings and retention in employment. State and local flexibility to ensure that delivery systems are responsive to the needs of individual communities. The Orange County Paralegal Association (OCPA) is a professional association for paralegals located in beautiful Southern California. OCPA is dedicated to helping you further your paralegal career. HISTORY AND PURPOSE: The Orange County Paralegal Association (OCPA), was formed in 1977 in response to a growing need for an organized professional association for paralegals. Originally formed as a section of the Orange County Bar Association, OCPA became an independent, voluntary, non-profit corporation in 1986 for paralegals interested in furthering their professional development. In 1995 OCPA joined NALA the Paralegal Association ("NALA") as an affiliated association. NALA promotes the ethical practices of the paralegal profession and administers the CP program, a self-regulatory program offering national credentials for Paralegals.

The Orange County Property Appraiser's Office, under the leadership of the Honorable Amy Mercado, is responsible for identifying, locating, and fairly valuing all property, both real and personal, within the county for tax purposes. The "market"​ value of real property is based on the current real estate market. Finding the "market"​ value of your property means discovering the price most people would pay for your property in its current condition. Determining a fair and equitable value is the only role of this office in the taxing process. The property appraiser also tracks ownership changes; maintains maps of parcel boundaries; keeps descriptions of buildings and property characteristics up to date; accepts and approves applications from individuals eligible for exemptions and other forms of property tax relief; and, most importantly, analyzes trends in sales prices, construction costs, and rents to best estimate the value of all property.
