As an Independent Registered Charity based in the Forest of Dean, we provide a wide range of integrated services to meet the needs of people with learning disabilities in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. We do this through residential care, respite, supported living, day care services and a range of internal and external training. The Trust has a number of care homes and supported living homes in the Forest of Dean, supporting people across Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire and Herefordshire areas. Orchard Village, founded in Skokie, IL in 1972, is a fully licensed nonprofit organization that provides supportive services to 300 individuals with developmental disabilities. Advocating a person-centered approach, Orchard Village works with each of its clients to identify appropriate personal outcomes to strive toward, ensuring that every individual controls his or her own destiny. Orchards Children’s Services is one of the largest child welfare agencies in the state of Michigan, founded in 1962 by the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) Greater Detroit Section. Orchards started as a small residential group home for 7 boys with emotional impairments. Today, Orchards Children’s Services serves over 8,000 children throughout 15 counties in the state of Michigan. We are dedicated to fulfilling our mission of strengthening the community through quality services to children and families.
