Bij OSB zijn bijna 300 leden aangesloten die samen 70% van de markt realiseren. Zij zijn actief in schoonmaak van gebouwen, glazenwassen, gevelbehandeling, calamiteitenschoonmaak en reiniging in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. In de branche werken 125.000 mensen, waarvan 100.000 bij OSB-leden. De leden van OSB willen zich nadrukkelijk onderscheiden van bedrijven die het niet zo nauw nemen met de regels. Vandaar dat voor hen het OSB-Keurmerk verplicht is. Het keurmerk garandeert opdrachtgevers dat zij te maken hebben met bedrijven die de CAO naleven en die staan voor kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en goed werkgeverschap. Ook geldt voor OSB-leden de Code Verantwoordelijk Marktgedrag, waarin is vastgelegd dat alle betrokken partijen bij aanbestedingen niet alleen kijken naar de prijs, maar ook kwaliteit van de uitvoering en de arbeidsomstandigheden moeten worden meegewogen. Daarmee geven de leden van OSB een helder en duidelijk signaal af: niet alleen de prijs telt, maar vooral kwaliteit staat voorop. Glas- en gevelreinigers kunnen daarboven op nog het keurmerk Glas & Gevel halen waarmee zij aantonen aam specifieke veiligheidseisen te voldoen. Alle leden worden jaarlijks door een onafhankelijke inspectie instelling getoetst. In het OSB-Keurmerkregister staan alle bedrijven die aan de keurmerkeisen voldoen en bij OSB zijn aangesloten.
