OSRAM Global Business Service (GBS) APAC Center established on February 1st, 2015 in Penang, Malaysia, led by Bramdikin Bandaria, Centre Head, is based in Penang. GBS APAC currently covers 7 workstreams/End-to-End processes; Book to Report (BtR), Source to Pay (StP), Quote to Cash (QtC), Hire to Retire (HtR), Controlling, Reporting and Special Operations. From the initial five workforces, Osram GBS has now grown, housing more than 150 members and supporting 21 countries around the globe – APAC, ASEAN, Greater CHINA and NAFTA. We provide end-to-end services in Accounting, Procurement as well as Human Resources.
