K.O. Company verkoopt geen bier, maar beleving! Met ruim 500 gemotiveerde medewerkers werken we aan een avond uit die nog lang herinnerd wordt. Onderdelen van onze grootschalige horecaonderneming zijn diverse restaurants, feestcafes, studentenkroegen, clubs en evenementen. De zaken en evenementen bevinden zich in Arnhem, Nijmegen en Enschede, maar onze gasten weten ons vanuit heel Nederland te vinden. K.O. Company vierde in november 2018 haar twintig-jarig bestaan. Een prachtig jubileum waar we bijzonder trots op zijn. Na een snelle groei in de beginjaren blijft de sneeuwbal nog steeds rollen. Monumentale panden opkopen en renoveren om er een nieuwe bestemming aan te geven, is een uit de hand gelopen hobby van Aad Ouborg. Van doorsnee gebouwen of nieuwbouw wordt hij niet warm of koud, hij wil er het juiste gevoel bij hebben. Het vastgoed moet, net als zijn evenementen, de alledaagsheid ontstijgen. Een andere parallel met zijn belevingsmarketing is dat hij mensen wil laten genieten van de gebouwen die hij in een nieuw jasje 'terug geeft' aan Breda. Eerste pand In 1987 kocht hij zijn eerste pand op de Baronielaan 1, Huize Louise. Het hoekpand is een beschermd stadsgezicht uit 1899 waar eerst het hoofdkantoor van BaByliss werd gevestigd en later dat van Princess Household. Raadhuis Op dit moment heeft Ouborg VastgoedB.V. 12 monumentale panden in bezit. Het meest recente pareltje dat opgeleverd is, is het oude Raadhuis van het Ginneken. Dit rijksmonument uit 1792 is het nieuwe onderkomen van de Ouborg Group.
