World Cuisine es más que una escuela de cocina donde se puede aprender a cocinar, es una experiencia personal única. Ofrezco la oportunidad de aprender una cocina creativa y multicultural. He viajado disfrutando y aprendiendo lo que ofrecen culturas milenarias a través de su gastronomía . Las clases se imparten en Madrid y también en mi Masía en el Ampurdán, Costa Brava Girona. Además de cursos regulares, organizo cursos a medida diseñados de acuerdo a los deseos del cliente tales como: o La organización de eventos para empresas en grupos reducidos con clase de cocina y posterior degustación. o Celebraciones privadas para grupos de amigos. o Extranjeros que planifican unas vacaciones en España y quieren tener una experiencia diferente como un curso de cocina en una casa particular y comer o cenar con los propietarios. Las clases pueden ser también en inglés o francés. Además, como gran viajera, diseño viajes únicos e inolvidables en pequeños grupos para conocer países exóticos y lo mejor de su cultura y gastronomía. En algún viaje me acompaña la escritora y periodista Cristina Morató. En los últimos años he organizado viajes a Myanmar, India, Perú, Marrakech, Vietnam y Camboya, acompañando al grupo.
