We are the representative body of the Polish horse breeding industry at Government level both at home and internationally. The PZHK is an inclusive all-Poland body with a regional structure and a dedicated office staff based in Warsaw. Our Stud Book Authority maintains Stud Books of Polish Pony and eight Polish horse breeds i.e. Małopolska, Wielkopolska, Polish halfbred horse, Silesian horse, Polish konik, Hucul horse, Polish coldblood horse and since 2012 also Polish Ardennes. Moreover, PZHK is authorised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to maintain the Central Equine Database therefore we are in charge of equine registration and passport issue in Poland.

It is a federation of clubs and sections associating climbers, cavers, alpine skiers and climbing competitors . The Polish International Mountaineering organization has been known since 1932 as a founding member of the Union Internationale des Associations d'Alpinism (UIAA), and as a member of the Union Internationale de Speleology (UIS). Polish Mountaineering Association coordinates sport and training activities, organizes national expeditions, grants permissions for instructors, is responsible for protecting the nature and deals with accidents prevention. Polish Mountaineering Association in the area of Tatra mountains leads Central Training Center on the glade Hala Gąsienicowa and three Tatra mountaineer camps. TGE was established at the end of 1999. It is the only licensed energy exchange in Poland. Started its operation on 30 June 2000. The launch of TGE was one of the first steps towards the liberalisation of the Polish electricity market and the privatisation of the power sector. Since February 2012 TGE has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. TGE operates the following markets: electricity (Commodity Forward Instruments Market with Physical Delivery - CFIM, Day-Ahead Market - DAM, Intraday Market - IDM and gas market (CFIM, DAMg), as well as Property Rights Market. TGE is currently one of the most rapidly growing commodity exchanges in the region. This is supported by the membership in EUROPEX, an organisation which promotes the consolidation of energy markets through cross-border links, and gathers all active power exchanges in Europe trading in both commodity and financial instruments.
