Palma was an early pioneer of photoshoot catering, winning a lifelong following from photographers, models, designers and entertainers. Since then, she has evolved D’Orazio Food Events into a full service boutique caterer. Today, as from the beginning, her core belief is that catering is all about generosity and truly caring about people and what makes them happy.
