We are one of the oldest law firms in Małopolska region in Poland. Roman Krzysztof Porwisz founded his law firm in 1991. In 2000, the law firm was transformed into R. Porwisz and Partners, and the partners were long-term collaborators: Kazimierz Gródek and Maciej Potoczny. In the following years, they were joined by Andrzej Przewrocki, Lucyna Dygas, Tomasz Rytlewski and Tomasz Nierobisz as partners. Our law firm consists of over 30 lawyers specialising in day-to-day services for enterprises, primarily in the energy, real estate and construction, consumer goods (FMCG), media and new technologies sectors. We are a part of Małopolska, but we think and work globally, which is why since 2013, as a member of the international network of law firms Lexwork International, we have been cooperating with law firms from all over the world, supporting their clients in conducting business in Poland, as well as offering our clients the support of nearly 3000 lawyers from several dozen countries.
