Criada em setembro de 2007, a Poupafarma é uma rede de drogarias com 90 lojas distribuídas em 31 cidades do Estado de São Paulo. O início foi regional, com filiais na Baixada Santista, que até hoje concentra uma boa parte do total de lojas, mas houve a expansão para a capital paulista, atualmente com 23 unidades, e Vale do Paraíba. No litoral paulista, são 35 filiais, 16 delas em Santos, onde teve início a rede. No total, são 2 mil colaboradores, entre as lojas, administrativo e distribuição. Iniciou as suas atividades com a proposta de oferecer remédios baratos, viabilizar tratamentos médicos e, consequentemente, ter saúde, e vem promovendo uma série inovações e melhorias. Não só no visual, mas na apresentação de um novo padrão de atendimento. A reformulação mostra que a farmácia vai além do remédio e tem o papel de conveniência e de suprir as necessidades de higiene e beleza dos consumidores.
