Powell-Clinch Utility District (PCUD) was established in 1959 and is headquartered in Rocky Top, Tennessee where its administrative office and operations facility are located. A branch office is also located in LaFollette, Tennessee. PCUD currently serves over 15,000 natural gas customers in Anderson and Campbell Counties along 700 miles of main as well as 2,000 propane customers in seven East Tennessee counties. PCUD also sells, installs, and services gas appliances.
