PACA is an International Christian school located in the city of São Paulo. We offer an American-style, college preparatory, bilingual curriculum (American and Brazilian) that integrates Christian values to prepare our students to make a difference in the world. we are pleased and proud to announce the foundation of PAMESCO (Pan American Electronic Sports Confederation), as the result of the joint effort of leading eSports organization of the continent, brought together by the goal of regulating and institutionalizing the practice of this discipline in America. PANESCO has been established by Brazil, Argentina and Costa Rica, and their respective representative organizations, as founding members, and will work to give eSports in the region much needed structure and legitimacy. The Brazilian Electronic Sports Confederation (CBDEL), the Argentinian Association of Electronic Sports (AADE) and the Costarrican Electronic Sports League (LCDE, also known as the Tica Legends League) have joined forces to give life to this continental platform, which is also vinculated to the International Electronic Sports Federation (IeSF), to align its efforts with numerous similar initiatives taking place worlwide at the moment, and to include the continent as whole as an important stakeholder in the global eSports scene. The Confederation will regulate the practice in order to erradicate the abuse and unfairness that have plagued eSports, by creating an adequate legal framework and a governing body to oversee it and update it as needed. The foundation of the Pan American Confederation is a huge step in the right direction to turn eSports into a reality in the continent, to the urgent needs of institutionalization that have arisen due to the years of unregulated practice of the discipline. It is reassuring to know that no nation in América will be forced to walk it alone anymore, and that there is a will to work together to shape eSports in the continent. Talks are already underway with some organizations from various countries interested in representing their nations in this international platform and legitimize the eSports practice locally, and we hope many others will joins us in the months and years to come.

Pan American School is a private, not-for-profit, bilingual, multicultural, PreK-G12 coeducational, secular school of approximately 460 students. Pan American is fully accredited by The New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and MEC in Brazil and it has been providing excellent personal and educational opportunities to our students since 1966. Pan Asian Mortgage Co. Ltd. (“Pan Asian”) is a Hong Kong based innovative financial services company specializing in mortgage origination; mortgage-backed asset securitization and capital markets financing. Founded in 2002, Pan Asian specializes in originating residential mortgage loans and structuring the asset backed loans for securitization. Under the SuperFirst Mortgage Financing Programs, the company has been focusing on the Higher Loan-to-Value (HLTV) mortgage market segment using normally-priced mortgage products with first ranking security. This innovative business model has provided Hong Kong homeowners with “one-stop shopping” mortgage financing options at an affordable rate, as well as providing high quality mortgage security for our financing banks. Ultimately, these mortgages will be value-added and transformed into fully collateralized (secured) instruments for investors who are interested in taking a stake of the low credit risk and with a Hong Kong property as collateral.
