In 2017, we were awarded the following two awards from NAIOP; The 2016 Industrial Interior Renovation Project of the Year for Mars Electric and The 2016 Office Interior Design Project of the Year for Arhaus'​ new 775,000 SF Corporate Headquarters and Distribution Center in Boston Heights. In 2016, we received The 2015 NAIOP Developer of the Year award and were recognized as a 2016 Weatherhead 100 award recipient, presented by Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, as one of the fastest-growing companies in Northeast Ohio based on revenue over the last five years.

Premier Distributing is a wholesale distributorship of Anheuser-Busch products as well as Craft Beers, Wines & Spirits, Energy Drinks and Tea, Lemonade and Water. PDC was formed in 1982 by Dobbs Management Service (DMS) out of Memphis, Tennessee. From the very beginning, DMS made the commitment that Premier Distributing would be a company that is firmly grounded in its community.
