The team at Pretty Agile specialises in providing Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) training, consulting and coaching services both in Australia and across the globe. Acclaimed thought leader on the topic of scaling culture with agile tribes, Em Campbell-Pretty founded Pretty Agile in 2014 with the goal of helping enterprises leverage SAFe to transform their cultures. Today Pretty Agile is the home to some of the worlds most experienced SAFe practitioners. Founder and SAFe Fellow, Em Campbell-Pretty, launched Australias first SAFe Agile Release Train at Telstra in early 2012, a few months prior to the launch of SAFe as a trademarked framework. This SAFe implementation was published as an official SAFe case study in 2013, making it one of the first ten SAFe case studies worldwide. From April 2014 to September 2017, Pretty Agile was part of a joint venture called Context Matters. During this period, the Pretty Agile team supported the introduction of SAFe with some of Australias largest enterprises including: RMIT University, Westpac Banking Corporation, the Australian Taxation Office, ANZ Banking Group, Yarra Valley Water, EDMI Limited, Latitude Financial Services and EnergyAustralia. Both the RMIT and Westpac implementations have also been published as official SAFe case studies. In September 2017, Pretty Agile exited the joint venture with a renewed focus on helping organisations achieve Tribal Unity leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework using Ems unique, culture first approach to launching Agile Release Trains.
