As an Education Leadership Consultant I spend about 50% of my time working for the National College and NETSP on their leadership programmes facilitating/writing materials/ quality assurance work for them and the remainder of my time I devote to schools in order to keep fresh and up to date and in contact with things on the ground. I support leaders to deliver effective training and development for their staff, at various levels, from Senior Leaders to Classroom Practitioners. I work with Senior Leaders to design the perfect bespoke training programmes based on their staffs requirements, and most importantly on desired student learning outcomes. When we look at the desired outcomes we can establish the exact requirements to achieve these goals. I will then write the programme as required which can either be delivered in house to build capacity or I will happily facilitate.
