La nascita della Cooperativa Panta Rei si fonda sui valori che sottendono la filosofia educativa dei nidi e delle scuole dellinfanzia comunali di Reggio Emilia, con proprie specificità e peculiarità. Lesperienza maturata in questi anni da Panta Rei, nasce da unincubazione dimpresa quadriennale da parte di Reggio Children, che negli anni di start up ha seguito insieme al Comune di Reggio Emilia la formazione pedagogica e gestionale delle socie fondatrici. Questa relazione non si è mai interrotta nel tempo, trasformandosi in una collaborazione che vede il coinvolgimento diretto in progetti importanti con altre realtà della città, della Provincia, della Regione e altre esperienze a livello nazionale e internazionale. Ad oggi la Cooperativa gestisce in convenzione con l'Istituzione scuole e nidi d'infanzia del Comune di Reggio Emilia quattro servizi educativi in città e il Servizio di Supporto alle Attività Pomeridiane (SAP) nei nidi a gestione diretta comunale: il nido scuola Choreia, il nido scuola Otello Sarzi, gestito in ATI con la Cooperativa Ambra; il nido scuola Faber; il nido d'infanzia Giulia Maramotti a Reggio Emilia e l'ultimo aperto, a settembre 2010 il nido scuola aziendale eni o6 a San Donato Milanese (MI), gestito in ATI con Reggio Children. Panta Rei ha inoltre sperimentato per alcuni anni un servizio pomeridiano per i bambini della scuola primaria Tempo per. Nell'anno 2015 la cooperativa ha scelto di migliorare i propri processi gestionali ottenendo la Certificazione di Qualità sul Sistema di Gestione secondo la norma ISO 9001:2008.

Sieť kníhkupectiev Panta Rhei je lídrom na slovenskom knižnom trhu a vytvára zážitky a sprostredkováva vzdelanie prostredníctvom kníh. V súčasnosti prevádzkuje 61 kníhkupectiev Panta Rhei a 17 kaviarní Café Dias. Od roku 2009 má spustený svoj e-shop www.pantarhei.sk.
