Prometal is founded in 2000 in Bursa for manufacturing precision zinc & aluminium diecast components . Our company has 5.000 m² production area in one of the major industrial zones of the city. We supply to a wide variety of industries from automotive,hardware,electrical components to gas appliances with having experience staff capable for tool design & tool making . Prometal is able to produce zinc die cast components from 0,5gr. up to 1 kg, aluminium up to 2,5 kg and deliver customer orders on time varying batch quantities from 1.000pcs to 10.000.000 pcs. We have extensive in-house facilities for finishing operations such as tapping, reaming, machining, assemblies and surface coating with our approved sub-contractors. We provide our customers with cost advantages of global sourcing without sacrificing quality or delivery.

The company contributes to the manufacturing industry through the application of state-of-art CAE simulation software and computer graphics technology. Prometeo nasce nel 1991 come azienda sementiera, di produzione, trasformazione e commercializzazione di cereali e legumi biologici avvalendosi di un proprio impianto di selezione, decorticazione e molitura con mulini in pietra neturale. La sede urbinate, nell'entroterra marchigiano, molto vicina alla Romagna e a pochi chilometri dalla verde Umbria, consente a Prometeo di operare in un territorio ben ancorato alle tradizioni del Centro Italia e nello stesso tempo essere agevolmente collegata con le aree più intensamente commerciali del Nord. Il farro - la specie dicocco (Triticum dicoccum) in particolare - è stato da sempre il cereale prediletto sul quale l'azienda ha posto tutti gli sforzi. L'azienda stipula contratti di coltivazione esclusivamente con produttori agricoli di fiducia, fornisce il seme di determinate varietà locali o loro selezioni, lavorato presso i propri impianti, segue con l'agricoltore tutto il ciclo colturale al fine di garantire il miglior risultato produttivo e qualitativo, organizza lo stoccaggio e il conferimento del prodotto. E' così garantita la completa tracciabilità di tutto il processo.
