Capitolo VI Protezione civile Art. 61 Definizione e campo di applicazione Ai fini del presente Protocollo: a) con l'espressione «protezione civile» si intende l'assolvimento di alcuni o di tutti i compiti umanitari qui di seguito elencati, che sono destinati a proteggere la popolazione civile dai pericoli delle ostilità o delle calamità, e ad aiutarla a superare gli effetti immediati, nonché ad assicurare le condizioni necessarie alla sopravvivenza. Tali compiti sono i seguenti: i) servizio di allarme; ii) sgombero; iii) organizzazione di ricoveri; iv) messa in opera di misure di oscuramento; v) salvataggio; vi) servizi sanitari, inclusi i primi soccorsi, e assistenza religiosa; vii) lotta contro gli incendi; viii) individuazione e segnalamento delle zone pericolose; ix) decontaminazione e altre misure analoghe di protezione; x) alloggiamenti di circostanza e approvvigionamenti d'urgenza; xi) aiuto in caso di urgenza per il ristabilimento e il mantenimento dell'ordine nelle zone sinistrate; xii) ristabilimento urgente dei servizi di pubblica utilità indispensabili; xiii) trasporti funebri urgenti; xiv) assistenza per la salvaguardia dei beni essenziali alla sopravvivenza; xv) attività complementari necessarie all'assolvimento di uno qualsiasi dei compiti sopra elencati, i quali comprendono la pianificazione e l'organizzazione, ma non si limitano solo ad esse;
