Headquartered in our 160,000 square feet customized engineering and manufacturing center, PTI is a vertically integrated molder in both low and high volume production with a specialty in complex injection molding. In partner with PTI Design, our industrial design company, we provide customers with the full resources necessary to take their product full-circle. Major Markets: Medical, Defense, Aerospace, Appliances, and Consumer Products. Services Offered: PTI capabilities begin with product design, creating both new designs and optimizing customer designs. Services range from prototyping to production by utilizing our P3 proprietary prototyping process. This process of prototype-to-production not only provides you with a prototype for testing and validations, but most importantly, this same tool migrates into production and can often serve your entire production run. PTI is an FDA registered, ISO 13485:2003 certified facility. With a Class 8 Cleanroom that can provide injection molding, assembly, secondary operations and packaging.
