With theIPregistry.org publishers and libraries can save time and streamline processes, eliminate errors, improve the reliability of usage metrics and ensure the right content is accessible to the right users. With IP-Intrusion.org publishers, and soon libraries, can join the community driven fight against cybercrime. PSI IPV Ltd is the brainchild of two veterans of the publishing world who hold over 40 years of STM publishing experience. It was while working for major publishers that they recognised the extent of IP misuse and subscription abuse, the damage it was causing to the community as a whole, and the need to identify a viable means of addressing these issues. Since then they have recognised the unique position that PSI finds itself in to encourage collaboration, communication and innovation among the various stakeholders of the academic library and publishing world for the benefit of the whole community.

We specialize in order management, warehousing, and fulfillment for publishers. Our services can vary from acting as an extension of a publisher’s customer service department where warehousing and shipping services are outsourced to providing a publisher with full customer services, invoicing, online shopping cart, sales reporting, warehousing and shipping. PSSC was established in 1974 to provide end-to-end warehousing and shipping services for publishers. With a deep knowledge of the industry, over 200,000 square feet of warehouse space, modern technology and a team of experts, PSSC is designed to meet the unique needs of the publishing industry. PSSC has established warehouses in Massachusetts and Michigan. We currently serve over 350 publishers of varying size and sophistication—ranging from single title self-publishers, to publishers with thousands of SKUs. At ay given time, we house over 12,000,000 units in storage, representing 100,000 SKUs and ship over 15,000,000 books each year. Along with the storage and shipping of books, we also perform set assemblies, kitting, barcoding, and shrink wrapping for many of our customers. We believe the key to our continuing success is a long-term commitment to serving the needs of our publishing clients. Flexibility, responsiveness and integrity have ensured a longstanding and stable customer base. We give conscientious and prompt service to all of our clients, regardless of size or amount of business.
