Ik heb ruim 25 jaar ICT-ervaring, waarvan meer dan 17 jaar als projectleider. Ik heb me gespecialiseerd in ICT-infrastructuurprojecten, zoals Enterprise LAN, Wi-Fi en Security oplossingen. Daarnaast heb ik ruime ervaring met VoIP-oplossingen, Server Based Computing en datacenter-, server- en werkplek migraties. Ik heb veel affiniteit met techniek, kan goed technische zaken helder uitleggen aan niet-techneuten en andersom de verwachtingen die men heeft van ICT vertalen naar technisch specialisten. Ik zorg er altijd voor dat ik de leiding houd over het project, maar tegelijkertijd dat het team de ruimte krijgt om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Mijn kracht is dat ik mensen goed kan laten samenwerken en optimaal kan laten presteren als individu en als team, door structuur aan te brengen en planmatig te werken. Hier haal ik dan ook de meeste energie uit. Ik ben sterk in projectuitvoering, voel me thuis in procesgerichte organisaties, maar ben ook gewend om in een complexe, politieke en veranderende omgeving te werken. Ik ben de voorbije jaren steeds meer agile technieken gaan toepassen en heb me het afgelopen jaar verdiept in de rol van Product Owner.
