Supported Living Services that wrap around you We provide flexible, practical and emotional support for people with a wide range of support needs to promote and maintain independence. Our belief is that services need to fit in and around people opposed to people fitting in with services. ​Pathway For Care is a CQC registered social care provider who’s aim is to help people live independent and fulfilling lives. The service is a joint venture between the public and private sector and is based in South East of the country but is expanding to cover other areas. We aim to offer support that wraps itself around the needs of the individual and those that are close to them. Where necessary we can include specialist input for complex needs. ​Most of our current service is focused on specialised tenancy complexes run by non-profit making social landlords that offer high quality self-contained bedsits and flats. We can of course provide support in any location via bespoke packages. Pathway School offers an alternative to traditional schools where 20% of the intelligent children sitting in classrooms are struggling to learn. Within a nurturing Christian environment Pathway School equips those students, kindergarten through 9th grade, who are not being given the opportunity to realize their true learning potential to overcome the obstacles blocking their way to academic success. Pathway uses programs and strategies targeted to meet the needs of students who learn differently and meets each one at their assessed instructional level. As students spend time at Pathway, they experience academic success and are encouraged to develop their areas of strength. Our students understand the unique ways they learn and are able to explain what they need to continue their success in learning, becoming advocates for their optimum instructional experience. They develop their ability to think critically about the world around them and are encouraged to continue seeking Biblical truth. Students leave Pathway with an increased level of self-confidence and independence, embracing a hope for their future.

In doing so, we provide these various services and opportunities to families and individuals with disabilities: Adult Services, Vocational Services, Home-Based Support Service (HBS), and Community Living Services. The primary mission of Pathway Services Unlimited is to provide and stimulate the development of quality opportunities for persons with developmental disabilities and other physical and mental challenges.
