Situated in one of Western Australia’s most dynamic football landscapes, the Peel Thunder Football Club believes that by bringing communities together on common ground, we create opportunities for people to be extraordinary. Like a family, our club values its members, and supports and encourages its youth to learn and excel, and together we are able to feel the collective pride of their growth and achievement. Established in 1996, the Thunder are the shortest tenured club in WA’s Premier Australian Football Competition the WAFL, and since 2014 have been affiliated with the AFL Club the Fremantle Dockers. The club has a short but proud history which includes winning back-to-back WAFL Premierships in 2016 and 2017, back-to-back WAFLW Premiership in 2020 and 2021, Colts Premierships in 2004, 2005 and 2022. Rogers Cup Premiers in 2019 and having over 30 players drafted into the AFL system. Located at Lane Group Stadium (Rushton Park) in the heart of Mandurah, the club provides players from all over the South West and Peel Region with an opportunity to develop, build and deliver exceptional results both on and off the field.

'Peelpush, méér dan volleybal'​ is al jaren het motto van Volleybalclub Peelpush uit Meijel. Als één van de grootste clubs in het zuiden bieden we volleybal op alle niveaus en werken we daarnaast aan talentontwikkeling in de regio met de Summa Volleybalschool. Onze vaandelteams komen uit in de eredivisie (dames 1) en topdivisie (heren 1) en de 'reserves'​ (dames 2 en heren 2) in de 1e divisie. Alle overige seniorenteams spelen in regio Zuid van de NeVoBo, vanaf 3e divisie (prestatief) tot en met de 3e klasse (recreatief). In sporthal 'de Körref'​ wordt vrijwel ieder weekend een aantrekkelijk programma afgewerkt: op zaterdag spelen de senioren- en ABC-teams en op zondag Dames 1 (en af en toe Heren 1), de heren recreanten en onze jongste jeugd (CMV). Bovendien zijn er regelmatig bekerwedstrijden en (voor)rondes van de open- en gesloten clubkampioenschappen voor de jeugd. En uiteraard is het na afloop van trainingen/wedstrijden goed vertoeven onze kantine. Als afsluiting van het seizoen organiseren we al bijna 30 jaar in het laatste weekend van juni een internationaal buitentoernooi op sportpark 'de Starte'​. Zo'n 400 teams weten ieder jaar weer de weg te vinden naar Meijel. Niet alleen vanwege het volleybal, maar zeker ook vanwege de 2 fantastische feestavonden !

PEEPA is responsible for advising Government on privatization strategies as well as implementation of privatization, which includes commercialization, restructuring, outsourcing and divesture interventions for the effectiveness and efficiency of PEs and Ministries as well as promoting good corporate governance in PEs. More specifically, PEEPA is responsible for: *Offering advice on privatization and developing strategies and implementation plans for Cabinet approval *Implementing Cabinet decisions on the privatization of a particular public entity or service *Managing the roll out of Government’s outsourcing programme *Undertaking sector reform studies linked to privatization, as funded by line ministries *Assisting Government in setting performance targets for public entities *Reviewing objectives of existing PEs and set objectives for PEs to be commercialized and/or corporatized *Monitoring the performance of PEs in meeting their objectives and targets *Advise Government on the appointment of directors to serve on PE boards and monitor their performance *Developing and executing a public education programme *Serving as Secretariat to the Divestiture Reference Committee VISION To be the leader in the transformation of Botswana towards a private sector led economy. Peepal started with the aim of converting ideas into realities. We dream of ideas (& trash most of them), implement technology, solve engineering problems and enjoy food. Mobility has and will revolutionize the life across the globe. And it has influenced our thoughts as well. Our flagship product, infraSTAT, was born when mobility was applied to enterprise operations. Since 2011, infraSTAT is being used extensively by clients in over 10 African countries to keep the telecom networks up and running. We regularly debate about Big Data, Operational Efficiencies, M2M, and Internet of Things. AWS, Google Cloud, Hadoop, Android OS, Responsive Design etc are topics of our experiments. Technology continues to fascinate and to push us on our quest to explore new applications.
