De larga tradición y un fuerte arraigo en los barrios del Poble Sec y de Sants de Barcelona, presta servicios de cobertura pública en Salud Mental, en exploraciones complementarias y en Alergia. SPC también dispone de un Servicio de Oftalmología y de una Clínica Dental que abarca todas las especialidades odontológicas. En 2007, la fundación amplió su cartera de servicios al ámbito social, priorizando programas que den respuesta a demandas sociales identificables con situaciones de marginación. El Club Social para adultos con problemas de salud mental, el programa de Voluntariado y Cooperación o la red de Viviendas de Integración son algunos de los ejemplos.
