Personal Training School grundades 1995 som Sveriges första skola för utbildning av Personliga Tränare. På den tiden var det nästan ingen som kunde förstå varför vanliga människor skulle behöva, eller någonsin komma på tanken att efterfråga, en personlig tränare. Till och med själva begreppet "PT"​ var okänt. Vi som startade skolan hade en tydlig vision i sikte: Att män och kvinnor i alla åldrar som ville träna målinriktat, oavsett individuella fysiska förutsättningar och behov, en dag skulle kunna få trygg, säker och regelbunden vägledning av ordentligt utbildade tränare. Vi insåg från början att kunskaps- och kompetenskraven på dessa tränare måste bli de högsta tänkbara. För när det gäller resultatinriktad träning, oavsett idrott, så finns det inga genvägar eller plats för flummiga teorier och slarviga metoder. Den utbildning vi skulle skapa behövde därför bli både bred och djup. Den måste också förbereda de blivande tränarna inför ett praktiskt yrkesliv som självständiga Personliga Tränare. Och, inte minst; varje utexaminerad elev skulle få ett bevis på sina förvärvade kunskaper och förmågor – en internationellt bekräftad ”legitimation” som garanterade att han eller hon hade genomgått en av världens bästa tränarutbildningar. Personal Training School har under 22 år utbildat tränare som verkligen levererar resultat. Det är inga tillfälligheter att de flesta av de bästa och mest efterfrågade PT:s i Sverige har gått i skola just hos oss.
