Nel 1967 Osvaldo Pezzuto apre una ditta individuale inaugurando un piccolo deposito di caldaie e radiatori con un obiettivo: riuscire a stare sul mercato proponendo prodotti di ultima generazione. Una scelta rivoluzionaria ma premiata con la fiducia di tanti impiantisti, tanto che in soli 5 anni lattività necessita una sede più grande. Così nel 1972 si trasferisce a Lecce. Nel 1991 la ditta Pezzuto è ormai una realtà consolidata e Osvaldo decide di espandere il proprio giro daffari trasformandola in unazienda di commercio allingrosso di apparecchiature, accessori e impianti termoidraulici. I valori, però, sono quelli di sempre: innovazione e progresso. Difatti, lincessante ricerca dei prodotti più allavanguardia e la formazione costante per tutto lo staff hanno consentito ben presto alla Pezzuto di diventare leader sul territorio. E nel frattempo i figli di Osvaldo, Stefano e Giuseppe, cominciano a inserirsi gradualmente come responsabili commerciali. Senza privilegi, per maturare attraverso la gavetta lesperienza necessaria a guidare in futuro l'impresa. Nel 2003 per Pezzuto arriva una svolta epocale: la costruzione di una sede di 7000 mq studiata appositamente per restituire limmagine moderna e ed evoluta dellazienda. Una gamma sempre più assortita e con le marche più affermate, insieme a un servizio pre e post vendita rapido ed efficace, nel 2005 introducono Pezzuto nellimportante consorzio Gruppo Puglia Network, che raggruppa i migliori professionisti del settore. Lobiettivo è quello di creare sinergie e cooperazioni tali da permettere al cliente finale, sia allingrosso che al dettaglio, di fruire della migliore qualità al miglior prezzo sul mercato. Nel 2009, in unarea della sede di 500 mq, viene inaugurato uno showroom dedicato ai privati ed ai professionisti del settore arredo bagno che amano il design elegante e non convenzionale. Dal 1967 al 2019, oltre cinquantanni di attività sempre al passo coi tempi.

Ahern Waste Management & Recycling Services was established in Harold Hill in 1948 by our founder Patrick Ahern. Initially the business comprised two Bedford 5 yd3 dropsided tipping vehicles which collected wastes from the roadside for onward transport to the local disposal sites. In 1961 the company relocated to Crow Lane, Romford and added a fleet of skip vehicles to service the growing demand for waste services in the East London area. By the late 1960s the fleet had been further expanded with the addition of mobile compaction vehicles and container. The company began to operate transfer stations and landfills for industrial and commercial wastes. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s the company continued to provide waste management services for a diverse range of waste producers. This included the supply of secure containers for the safe disposal of asbestos at our own landfill site. In the early 1990s Basildon transfer station and operating centre was established to service the needs of waste producers in South Essex. In 2005 Ahern transferred their head office and main operational activities from Crow Lane to a purpose built Materials Recovery Centre in Oliver Close, West Thurrock.
